Week 1
We had fun as we tipped off another season of The MBA's 50 and over league! Old-school hoopers were back on the court today in full force!
Game 1: 9-0 Posse defeated Distinguished 51-44. Juan Alexander with 19 points was Co-Player of the game along with Larry Mason.
Game 2: Naptown Players defeated I AM 71-69. Lenard Coaster with 22 points was Co-Player of along with Cedric L King Sr. who had 14 points.
Game 3: The Right Touch defeated Squad Up 86-67. Co-Playes of the game were Howard Groves with 18 points and Ten Gray with 26 points.
Game 4: Rut’s Old Stars defeated Team Wilson 61-53. Co-Player of the game Ron Rutland Jr. scored 18 points while Donell Donnell Tucker scored 14.
Week 2
Week 2 of The MBA's 50-and-over league produced another interesting week of legends basketball. Game 1: Bump N Thump defeated I AM 49-41. Juney Seals with 23 and Woody with 14 were the players of the game.
Game 2: Team Wilson defeated Squad UP 44-21. Wilson Turner with 14 points and Eddie Hall with 12 points were the POG’s
Game 3: The Right Touch Barbershop defeated Distinguished Barbershop 65-39.
Howard Groves with 21 and Cliff Davis with 12 were the POG’s.
Our final game saw Rut’s Oldstars defeat Naptown Players 90-75!! They scored some big points! Ron Rutland with 28 points and Benny Minor with 18 were the POG’s
